「I misplaced my drivers license. I found it. The clerk then told me she had canceled my prepaid reservation and ordered me to leave the premises. She refused to give me her name or the managers name. 「We had no hotel chain preference so stayed at 3 different ones during our trip. What a great surprise for our first time at a Fairfield Inn Marriott hotel! Room was spacious & clean, Exercise room had multiple WORKING machines, breakfast had many delicious choices & staff was friendly! Definitely we have a hotel preference for our next trip!」

「The breakfast juice machine was out of service and they didn’t offer any juice options. Coffee was not hot. The worst experience we had was that all three of our showers were miserable with no hot water and the warm water turning chilly part way through each shower. They attempted to send a maintenance person but we had already showered and were in a hurry to leave. Reading the reviews and talking to staff, we learned that this was a known issue. Very disappointing.」
