"We have family in Johnson City, and this was a perfect location for us!! We loved staying in this beautiful home. The owners have done an excellent job renovating and renovating with creativity!! Every decoration in this house was chosen with care. We had everything we needed, including hand soap and filtered water! Both much appreciated. Communication was great and very responsive to any needs we had, which weren’t many. Looking forward to our next stay!!"

"We absolutely loved our three bedroom upstairs cottage area. Everything was clean, Chris left us little treats and drinks and it’s at a perfect location there. My wife and I hung out On the awesome column front porch and saw a walking path across the street and went to the beautiful lake over there. By far this was our best place to stay in our whole trip. "House was a great gathering space. 6 adults stayed at the location and we had local family visit us while we there. The house was just as advertised and fully stalked for our needs. The added bonus aside from the great weather was the screened porch out back, the table and chairs on the lawn and the delightful front porch to drink our morning coffee. Will definitely stay there again if needed and recommend it others."

"Our family of three generations gathered for Christmas and we had an amazing time. The house was lovely - clean, beautifully furnished, and comfortable. We were lucky with some mild weather on Christmas day which allowed us some time outdoors, but I can imagine how nice the outside area must be during the warmer months. We were grateful for the time we had together and for a place to stay as a whole family."
