We travel around Japan and have been living in many similar styled ryokans and rarely run into such disappointments. The hotel obviously has dinner option. But neither Expedia nor the hotel provide proper communication for such option. "Breakfast on the 42nd floor is excellent with a nice view. The hotel is massive. It is a little dared but overall it maintained well.
