  • Superb design apartment crossing in a standing residence on the seafront of 60 m² completely redesigned and open plan in 2018 to make it a space widely open on a beautiful terrace with splendid sea view. Located on the third floor with elevator it has a entrance leading directly to the large living room, Living room (flat screen TV), Dining Room (with leather sofa bed convertible into two beds of 140) extended by a 12 m² sea view terrace with dining table, lounge chairs and automated blind. Equipped with a fully equipped white lacquered kitchen with dishwasher, oven, Nespresso etc ... The 15 m² bedroom is independent, facing the sea and has a double bay window for more comfort with a large dressing room and a 160 cm bed, flat screen TV on the wall. The bathroom has a shower and a sink under which is a washing machine, the suspended toilet is independent. Air conditioning in the living room as well as in the bedroom (this one does not work from October to April inclusive, underfloor heating). Armored door. To complete the whole private and secure parking space in the residence with caretaker. Sea within 100 meters and racecourse at 200 m. Proximity shops on foot.

Everything that we needed was in the Appartement and very nice air conditioner. Next to the beach and a nice view. Comfortable to reach the city by foot and other cities surrounded with the car. Totally recommend!

Lovely apartment

Lovely apartment- exactly as photographed. Lovely decor and very well equipped. Very good shower. Loved the balcony and enjoyed sitting there watching the world go by. There is a dual carriageway road outside but didn’t really disturb at all did not hear any noise at night. Would recommend this apartment and hope to stay again

Beautiful apartment spoilt (for us) by excessive noise and fume pollution

The apartment is exactly as advertised. The size, layout and furnishings were perfect for us. Patricia and Jean were delightful hosts - met us as arranged - were easy to communicate with and kindly also allowed us to leave our bags on checkout for a few hours. The apartment is located right on the beachfront with only the road infront so has wonderful views. While we were aware of its location and had read a previous review about the noise we had no idea it would be this bad. Unfortunately the noise is constant - cars and motorbikes - with the only reprieve being when the traffic is stopped by traffic lights. Despite this we slept well - the bed is comfortable and they have double or triple glazing on the sliding doors which when closed keep out most of the noise. We still had a lovely week but wouldnt look to re-book

The apartment was just perfect for a one week stay in Cagnes sur Mer. All you need to do is bring along your clothes, unpack and you are ready to go. Ideal location Very clean and tidy All amenities needed for a perfect holiday Secure parking spot, and double windows to guard off the noise. Simply Wonderful

This was our third stay. Everything works. Patricia and Jean are very friendly and helpful. It feels safe and calm in a residential apartment block. The view is stunning and location prime, with access to beach, shops, restaurants, markets and there is a parking space allocated though we tend to use our car less here because everything is walkable. The proof is in the pudding, we keep coming back and can’t wait to return.

Best Spot By The Beach

The listing did not disappoint. Patricia and Jean were very kind and took time to greet us upon arrival and gave us a tour of the place. Left plenty of useful tips on where to go. The A/C was perfect for this time of year (July) with the heat and humidity being quite intense. The view is beautiful. You can enjoy the beach right out from the front door of the building. The apartment is in a prime location near restaurants and supermarket all with in walking distance. If you rent a car, Antibes, Old Nice, Cannes, Valbonne and so many other locations are just a quick drive away. This was a perfect honeymoon trip for us and we would love to return.

ALMOST HEAVEN!

We spent a month at this lovely apartment across from the Mediterrean Sea. Everything was as close to perfection as possible! Patricia and Jean are charming people -- a joy to meet. The apartment is exquisite -- all high-end, comfy bed, wonderful kitchen and bathroom -- big and bright and beautiful! Cagnes-sur-Mer is marvelous! Low stress, markets, lots of restaurants and shops, fascinating to watch all the bikers, runners, walkers and lust for the huge yachts and sailboats. Amazing places to explore all around -- don't miss Renoir's house/gardens and the castle in Haut-Cagnes. There are two enormous modern shopping venues (Cap 3000 and Polygone Riviera). Transportation is simple via the buses (car unnecessary). But even with all the temptations all around, we found it very difficult to leave the extraordinary balcony at the apartment. Thank you, Patricia and Jean! Highly highly highly recommend!

A great stay

From the moment we arrived we felt at home. The apartment had everything we needed and is nice and spacious. Patricia gave us a thorough briefing and everything worked. One of our main concerns always is safety and we felt very relaxed and secure there. When you are in the apartment, looking out, it feels like being on a cruise ship, with the Mediterranean stretched out to the horizon; the view is stunning. We watched sunrises and sunsets. When out on the balcony there is one main road below, with 2 lanes in each direction and they are quite busy. The double glazing does mean that you can shut out the noise, but when you are out on the balcony it is there. You have the sound of traffic mixed with the sound of the sea. Saying that, the busyness of life in Cagnes-sur-Mer is on your doorstep. From the runners, to cyclists, to people walking, on the promenade and on the beach, it is fun and great for people watching. The location is quite perfect. The beach is directly across the street, CAP 3000 is a lovely walk (very large shopping mall), and Geant the great big supermarket is also just down the road and walkable. And, a bakery a few doors down. We had a car and the parking spot was great. For the first time we used the car less because of the great location. We had a wonderful break and the owners made it all easy for us.

Wir hatten einen rundum perfekten Aufenthalt in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir lich Empfang. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Besonders gefallen haben uns der Balkon mit Ausblick, die Lage und die Nähe zum Strand. Auch die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war schnell und freundlich.Merci pour Tour!

Endroit de rêve

Tout est réel dans la description. Les équipements, vaisselle, four, plaques etc... sont irréprochables. La literie au top. La vue est sublime autant à l'intérieure que sur le grand balcon. L'accueil est précis, très chaleureux. Place de parking sécurisé, mais tous commerces et restauration à proximité immédiate. Nous recommandons sans réserves.
