Very cute comfortable and clean accommodations. Very close to the train and restaurants. The staff made my stay memorable. I’ve been in France for two weeks and the gentleman at the front desk was the nicest and most helpful person I’ve encountered. As a person with limited French I also really appreciated his strong multi-language skills.

This is a very good hotel for foreign travelers. The staff is very friendly, multi-lingual, and very helpful. The hotel location is great…very short walk to the tram so extremely convenient without the noise of a primary roadway. Many dining options nearby and the open market is available every day except Monday. Supermarket is less than a 5-minute walk. We will stay at Hotel Parisien again!

Great location, close to the train station, very clean and the staff were so helpful! We were able to walk everywhere. It was a bit noisy but we were jet lagged so were super sensitive to noise as we tried to sleep. Overall, I'd definitely stay there again!

We stayed 3 nights in Hotel Parisien. It is situated a few minutes from Tram line 2. It is also only a couple of minutes from the train station. The staff were very helpful and nice even though we didn't speak French. We had the breakfast on one morning and it was good. Continental breakfast at 9 euro each but I had my value from the coffee machine 😂. I would stay here again if I was in Nice.

Very good value for the money, excellent breakfast with fresh croissant, excellent customer service. Adel accommodated our stay and stowed our luggage until our next train arrived. Highly recommended. If you are arriving from the Nice Ville train station, be sure to take the tunnel to the hotel. Otherwise, you will walk all the way around a few blocks.

Pros The service was very good! They recommend good restaurants. The location is perfect Cons The bathtub is soo small it was struggle to get in and out . The wifi was soo horrible 😫 I couldn’t watch any video. There is no elevator/lift so be ready for that .

The star rating doesn’t allow for a nuanced response, so here goes: Cleanliness was, actually, excellent. Staff and service: receptionists were friendly and helpful. Service in the room was excellent in terms of cleaning and bedmaking, but not in terms of replenishing the (miserly) 2 teabags we used on the first day or replacing the used cups. Property condition was excellent: clean, tidy, paintwork generally unmarked. Facilities were limited, but we already knew that - really we just need a place to shower and sleep. It was good to have a fridge in the room, not least because there's no milk for the 2 teabags or 2 instant coffee sachets. We bought our own breakfast stuff at the supermarket, which was much, much better value than the hotel breakfast. We ate on the balcony, which was nice. Area around the property: the hotel is set on what looks like a quiet side street, but which is actually very busy with traffic in the morning and early evening. It's a short walk to the station and the nearest tram stops. There are 2 boulangeries close by, for fresh breakfast croissants. The only real criticism would be the bathroom: it's turn-sideways-small to get into, and the shower is teeny tiny. I'm 5' 4" and 8st 5, and it was hard to move without bumping my elbows, or get the shower gel from bottle to skin without it being washed off. But overall, I'd rate the hotel good to excellent as it almo provided for our needs - we bought our own teabags and coffee bags and washed our own cups

Nice little hotel. Friendly staff. Rooms small but clean and adequate. Air conditioning available. Bathrooms were good with good showers. Breakfast a little sparse for what you pay. And the hotel lacks a lift. Otherwise I would have given it 5 stars.

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, but the hotel is out of the way, a bit, from the tourist areas (although the tram line is very convenient and runs all the time) and a tiny bit "sketchy" (homeless guy sleeping in the vestibule that I had to pass every time I left or returned...). But, there's a nice fruit and vegetable market on Wednesdays right around the corner too. BTW, the beds are HARD !
