Completely renovated this spring, our studio is right in the heart of town. Only seconds away from Place Masséna and 5 minutes' walk from the beach. Entry to the building is in a lovely pedestrian zone ( rue Masséna) while the south-facing studio itself overlooks a large courtyard at the rear of the building away from the hustle and bustle. A pleasantly quiet environment to allow for a good night's sleep. Air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, furnished balcony. Restaurants, cafés and shops are right at your door. Easily accessible from the airport by tram and from the train station by tram or on foot. The perfect location to enjoy everything Nice has to offer.

Great location, super close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The place itself is really cute and clean. If you use the washing machine then there will be an unpleasant smell but otherwise the place was great! I would definitely come back.

11 Rue Messana Apartment

Chose this apartment because of the location. The apartment is small, however it is spotless, everything in it is brand new, it's central air conditioned and has a washing machine. The only thing it's lacking is a TV set. I called the property owner for instructions on how to use the appliances and he came over and was a very nice gentleman. Don't be afraid not to rent this, the sofa bed mattress is firm and feels like a real mattress.

Lovely Apartment

Lovely apartment in perfect location minutes from the Old Town and the beach/promenade. Small apartment but so well thought out, furnished and equipped. Val and Mike are great hosts and communication with them throughout was excellent. We had a lovely time and would definitely book the apartment again when returning to Nice.

The property is small but located in a beautiful area which has access to all amenities. Mike & Val were very tentative to our needs and helpful throughout. The property has all you need, facilities are amazing, shower is lush and the coffee machine was a nice touch (thank you) 😘 x

Outstanding location

The apartment is tiny, efficient and cosy. The location couldn’t be better. Restaurants and shops right outside the front door. Very close to Place Massena, the sea and old town. Plenty of dishes glasses and utensils. Bonus to have a dishwasher and washing machine. I would not hesitate to return or recommend this property

Nice holiday

Great location in Nice. It’s a small apartment but it’s been very cleverly created and is decorated very tastefully and every amenity you could possibly want has been provided. Nothing to fault.

Gorgeous apartment in the perfect location

Upon arriving, I was greeted by the host and shown around the apartment. I was taken back by how stunning it was. It was also fully equipped with anything I could need (kitchen, bathroom, beach, etc.). It is in a very safe feeling place and was quite quiet at night. A super short walk to the beach, lots of shopping, the tram station, bus stops, and several grocery stores. If I ever go back to Nice I would immediately try and book this place!

Our stay here was really wonderful, we were met at the property by Mike, he was very friendly and welcoming explaining everything inside the apartment perfectly. So convenient to transport and restaurants, it’s been a pleasure to stay and would definitely recommend, everything we needed was in the apartment for self contained living. 10/10
