Welcome to our spacious 80m2 apartment which features:

• 2 Bedrooms: master bedroom with 1 Double bed and 2nd bedroom with 2 Single beds
• Living area: sofa bed (sleeps 2), flat-screen TV, DVD player, speakers, phone, safe-deposit box.
• Bathroom: bathtub, separate WC + towel dryer rack. Hairdryer provided.
• Kitchenette equipped with dishwasher, ceramic hobs, fridge, microwave oven, toaster, coffee machine, and kettle.
• Furnished terrace.

LOCAL FAVOURITES

• Food and Drink: Le Grimaldi is a local favorite serving tasty food and good wine in a relaxing setting. Try Aux Enfants Gâtés, a great breakfast option with delicious pastries.
• Outdoor Activities: Cagnes-sur-Mer has 3km of pebble beaches and many private beaches providing catering and various services (mattress rental, deckchairs, parasols, etc). Many activities are available: fishing, golf, tennis, horse riding, and water sports. For a fine sand beach, go to Plage du Grand Large.
• Places to See: Visit Place Saint-Pierre, a very lively square, and walk along Oliviers street with its colourful market and its many restaurants. You will love strolling around Haut-de-Cagnes, a picturesque village at the top of a castle hill, classified as a historical landmark. Renoir and Picasso Museums and the Maeght Foundation are nearby if you want to enjoy a more cultural visit.

• The pool is open depending on weather conditions.
• End-of-stay cleaning is available for 150€
• Indoor Parking: 12€/day for short stay ( 1 to 6 nights) and €50 for weekly stays.
• Internet is free in the reception area. Wi-Fi is available in your unit for an extra charge of €20/week/access. €30 for 3 access.
• Breakfast is served for €10/person/day.
• A damage deposit of €450/unit is asked upon arrival.

Miss-advertised

The accomodation was advertised as having a pool that was open 'dependant upon the weather', actually the pool is open based on the season and therefore closed on the 2nd day of our 1 week booking. The property manager 'leavetown' have not been helpful, blatently refuse to accept any responsibility or offer any compensation.
