The check-in process was a bit involved, in that you had to pick-up the keys at an office, which is not where the apt. was located and then walk to the assigned apt. (3) blocks away. On our arrival the AC was not working properly, there was a leak from the refrigerator. The office promptly sent a maintenance man who fixed the refrigerator leak, and looked at the AC unit and stated it was not functioning normally. He stated he would alert the office. That evening, it was so hot in the apt. (4th. floor), that my family ended up getting a hotel room. The following day, I again inquired about the AC, and the office sent a text that basically said, ". . .why are you worrying about an AC unit when you are in Nice." That says it all in terms of customer service. The office eventually provided (2) more portable AC units, that definitely helped. However, they refused to reimburse us for the first night's stay. Cannot honestly recommend the rental secondary to the rental office Riviera Holiday Homes.
