Excellent location for the train and beach. The host was really helpful and accomodating as she met us late in the evening. Nice and peaceful and well equiped. Air con was brilliant. I wish we could have taken this to our next property. The only issue was it could have been cleaner.

A great property in a fantastic location within easy walking distance to the beach front where there are shops, restaurants and beach bars. Also located right next to the train station for easy train access to both Nice and the airport. Property was generally clean and tidy and had everything needed for a comfortable stay, albeit with some areas in need of a bit of TLC. Not an issue for our family of 4 and we enjoyed our stay.

Belle maison et lieu pratique à deux pas de la gare de Cros de Cagnes et de Nice et de tous les magnifiques villages de la Côte d’Azur Hôte disponible et bienveillante je recommande !
