Very convenient walk from Nice airport - we arrived late so this was a perfect stop over before our journey continued. The rooms are very comfortable and at an affordable price and spacious for a small family.

A good hotel, though the only problem was our hotel room had someone else's clothes in it when we arrived. The receptionist was quick to change our room, and offered us a minimal upgrade. We slept well in spote of the shock. The air conditioning was most welcome. Great selection at breakfast though the space was very hot as the doors were left open so the air con could not work. Great omelette.

All in all very good stay. Reception very helpful especially Paula who was extremely helpful in helping us navigate the different cities that we wanted to visit during our vacation. We arrived quite late in the evening, so there were no shops open however another member of staff (a women) helped out by loaning us a UK/EU adaptor, we forgot ours back in London. I know she searched high and low but eventually found one (I think it was the last!). We were able to charge our phones overnight and I was able to use my curling tongs in the morning which was a result 😀. Breakfast was ok, could have done with a bit more variety but we were able to find something we liked. Rooms and beds very comfortable. Room service was fab, cleaned each day. We had a fab time in Nice and the Crown Plaza was great, would certainly return.

A smart hotel with clean spacious rooms a few minutes walk from Terminal 1 at Nice Airport or a free tram ride to T2 from very close Arenas tram stop Breakfast is delicious and plentiful Duvet a bit too heavy I found but it is a particularly warm October.

An IHG hotel is expected to be the best! The Crowne Hotel is wonderful however the staff at the reception center should be aware that when requests are made by the hotel guests, it is expected that staff, they follow through. This is basic hospitality management skills. I’ve been in the hotel 3rd day now and my request was not met, a simple answer would have suffice. Looking good is not enough and saying you would do something and not honoring your words is a big BS. Unbecoming of IHG standards.
