Cute little apartment near transit

The stay was great, Jean was an awesome host and accommodating to whatever we needed. The apartment had most of the basic essentials you could need for a weekly stay. Would recommend staying here for anyone looking for a short stay in beautiful Nice!

We had a lovely stay at Jean's place, It was hot in the apartment at night but that is what you get at this time of year in Nice. It had everything we need and Jean was very responsive.

Très bien

Appartement fonctionnel, tres propre et particulièrement bien placé. Proche de la gare ( pratique pour visiter les villes autour de Nice, avec un pass " zou"), de la plage et de toutes commodités. Propriétaire réactif et tres gentil.

Bel appartement bien situé !

L'appartement est très propre et bien situé, à 7 minutes à pied du tramway. La cuisine équipée permet d'être parfaitement autonomes au cours du séjour.

Good option for a break in Nice

Property clean and freshly redecorated. very convenient for transport links and visitor attractions. Promenade easily walkable. Only drawback for us - very narrow space between wall and edge of bed so awkward for elderly or less agile people to get in and out of bed. Owner responded very promptly and helpfully to any questions.

Perfect place for low budget trip!

The king size murphy bed was very comfortable. Excellent location for public transportation and a parking lot near by. Minimum supply for towels, sheets and paper goods.

Walk to the beach!

This is a wonderful apartment close to everything. The beach was an easy 10 minute walk. Tram line 2(Airport-Port Lympia) was a 5 minute walk and then an easy ride to old Nice. The apartment was well equipped and the bed was comfortable. Jean and Maud were very accommodating hosts and I hope to stay there again.

Time in Nice

Great apartment, fantastic location, Jean is a great host, was very accessible at any time. Couple suggestions, few more towels and a hairdryer would be great. Handheld shower took some getting used to!! Would highly recommend this property!!

Bel appartement. Propre. Mais l Immeuble etait en travaux. L intérieur est a renover. Vetuste. Sale. Fils électrique qui pendouillent? Pas de poignee. Porte. Ne s ouvre pas normalement ! colocataires douteux et squattés.

Pleasant place for families

Nice clean spacious apartment with all necessities for our multi day stay in nice. building had a cute elevator which my little one loved to take a ride. We didn’t need any transportation as everything was walking distance. Just took 10min Uber to the airport due to very early flight. Communication with host was easy.

Authentic Nice

Older style apartment in a perfect location. Small but has what you need. The balcony and blinds give light and air and keep you safe. Comfortable couch and easy to cook quick meals. Reliable fast wifi. It is surprisingly quiet given its proximity to the railway line. Just a short stroll to the station, the beach and many restaurants. We walked everywhere as Nice is a very walkable city. The architecture in the neighbourhood is beautiful. We would stay here again. Suits two people well.

Schöne Wohnung in zentraler Nizzas

Es war alles bestens, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Zum Parken: falls es am Abend keinen Parkplatz auf der Straße gibt, dann wäre da ein Parkhaus in der Nähe (St.Philippe) - günstig und fußläufig machbar. Wir haben aber erstaunlicherweise immer einen Parkplatz gefunden. Fußläufig war alles für Nizza erreichbar, Strandpromenade, Altstadt, sogar der Hafen, und auch die orthodoxe hübsche Kirche - super gut! Es gibt auch die U-Bahn und den Zug in nächster Nähe, die man auch bequem verwenden kann. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder hier buchen! Vielen Dank an Jean!

Wohnung ist in Ordnung, die Kommunikation hat gut funktioniert. Das Geschirr war leider dreckig, der Duschkopf war nicht dicht, so dass überall Wasser hinsprühte und die Badezimmertür klemmt so stark dass man selber nicht mehr rauskommt. An sich ist aber alles da was man braucht. Bett ist bequem. Die Straße ist mit Fenster auf sehr laut. Im Sommer ist die Wohnung sehr warm und der Lüfter im Wohnzimmer bringt leider gar nichts. Eine Klima gibt es nicht. Die Lage ist sonst sehr gut und zentral.

Kleine Wohnung in guter Gegend

Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen gut geeignet. Die Betten, also auch das ausziehbare Sofa sind sehr bequem. Die Küche ist gut gestattet. Leider war nicht alles ganz sauber, Bettwäsche und Regal am Bett. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat aber auf Nachfrage gut funktioniert. Im Bad gibt es kein einziges Regal, keinerlei Handtuchhalter oder Haken und die Türe lässt sich nicht schließen. Man merkt, dass die Wohnung schon einige Jahre alt ist. Die Lage ist gut, 800 m zum Bahnhof, ca. 2 km in die Altstadt.

Bien placé mais bruyant

L'appartement est bien placé en centre-ville et proche de la promenade des anglais, des commerces et des transports. L'appartement est bien équipé et fonctionnel. La communication avec Jean s'est très bien passée et l'arrivée comme le départ s'est fait sans problème. L'appartement se trouve proche d'un grand boulevard très bruyant.Il n'est pas possible de laisser les fenêtres ouvertes, cela est très genant quand il fait chaud, n'ayant pas la clim. La lumière de la salle de bains éclaire la chambre, cela peut être gênant. La niche de la chambre recelle un peu d'humidité juste en tête de lit. Ces petits points corrigés l'appartement sera très bien.

I booked the apartment for a week for two people, and it accommodated the both of us very nicely. The apartment was as pictured and there wasn’t any issues with the appliances. The only small issue was the lack of air conditioning in the apartment, which due to the excessive heat in Nice this time of year, we ended up staying at a hotel nearby for the last three nights of our trip. Both the fans in the apartment worked wonderfully, but we’re just unfortunately not enough during the heat wave. Jean was an incredible host and was very attentive. We arrived very late on the first night and he was very patient with me when I had some trouble finding the key box. He is very fast to reply and was very understanding when we had to move to a hotel. I would definitely return to this apartment out of peak season, where the heat is not so unbearable. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and we had a great time in Nice:)

All in all war es eine schöne Wohnung und ein guter Aufenthalt. Die Kommunikation war wunderbar und alles hat geklappt. Schade war nur, dass die Spülmaschine kaputt war. Die Badezimmer Tür sowie die Schlafzimmertür konnte man weder schließen noch abschließen. Gerade die Toilette zu benutzen ist dadurch eine Gruppenaktivität. Für uns war das kein Problem aber falls man zu 4. in einer Gruppe anreist vielleicht etwas unangenehm nach dem Kaffee morgens. Weiterhin gab es im Bad überhaupt keine Ablagemöglichkeiten oder einen Föhn. Hat das ganze etwas erschwert. Ansonsten wie gesagt top und es ist eine schöne Wohnung! Wir würden wieder kommen.

Angenehm nur die Wohnung heizt sich sehr schnell auf und die Duschbrause war nahezu defekt und der Geschirrspüler ging leider nicht.Trotzdem ein sehenswertes Apartment mit schöner Einrichtung und etwas entfernt von allen Touristen
