Séjour agréable proche du tram dans un appartement en cours de rénovation (odeur peinture, intervention de l agence pour le nettoyage), avec le strict nécessaire pour cuisiner. Inconvénient : repartir avec ses déchets dans ses valises car pas de clés pour accéder au local poubelle (horaires de collectes ne correspondant pas aux contraintes de notre séjour...)

Le logement est bien situé, plutôt tranquille et près du centre-ville, de la promenade des anglais et de la gare Nice-ville. L’appartement a besoin d’être rénové. Le plancher du salon est en mauvaise condition. Le sofa-lit n’est pas confortable. Le drain de la douche est bouché de sorte que l’eau s’accumule et qu’il faille éteindre la douche afin que l’eau s’écoule et ne déborde pas sur le plancher. Bien que pas super, l’appartement a fait l’affaire pour un court séjour.

Pick up and drop of the keys outside of working hours was easy it’s less than 10 minutes away. The property itself was okay, the apartment had a nice light vibe. The couch bed was very uncomfortable! There were hardly enough blankets for both beds. The kitchen is equipped though some pots and pans are worn. Here though is were I would really complain. Both Wi-Fi and towels are listed as amenities. When we found there was no Wi-Fi or any towels (nothing for the bathroom or kitchen). When I was able to get a response (we arrived in the weekend) we were told both were extra charges. This was false advertisement in my opinion.

Appartement sale, chaussettes blanches qui deviennent noires rapidement. Des résidus alimentaires et des déchets sous le canapé lit. Une odeur d'urine dans la salle de bain. La porte de la salle de bain ne verrouille plus, tout est abîmé. Un seul ventilateur en pleine canicule, obligé de s'en acheter un sur place ; chaleur insoutenable surtout salle de bain. Vaisselle sale... Service client nul : après signalement, ménage refait mais toujours aussi crade. J'aurais préféré un relogement !

Casa salvabile, agenzia NO!

La casa è passabile, una normale casa in affitto con qualche mobile che si regge con la sola forza delle preghiere. Ma la chicca viene direttamente dall'agenzia di via Karr: Nonostante l'indicazione di vietato fumare in casa” appena apro la porta veniamo accolte, io e mia figlia di 3 mesi (!!), da un odore forte di fumo. Morale dopo numerose prese in giro da parte dell'agenzia è un niente di fatto mi sono dovuta arrangiare con 5 deodoranti ambienti..V.

Appartement très sympa

C’était un séjour très agréable dans cet appartement assez spacieux pour 4 personnes. L’emplacement de l’appartement était aussi très bien puisque l’on était à quelques minutes à pieds de la plage. On y a trouvé des ustensiles de cuisine ce qui était très utile.

Agréable appartement

J'ai passé un séjour très agréable dans ce logement tout mignon qui est super pour 2 personnes(pour 3 ou 4, il faudra déplier le divan). Il y a un ascenseur, bcp de placards, et même une machine à laver. Tout en étant situé dans une rue très calme, il est à la fois proche du centre ville, de la promenade des anglais et donc de la plage, de supermarchés, et d la gare. Les ustensiles sont un peu petits si vous souhaitez cuisiner pour 4. Je remercie le personnel de l'agence qui a été très aimable.

Appartamento OK ma...notti da incubo!

Appartamento molto carino, allegro e spazioso, posizione centrale, parcheggio pubblico vicinissimo, zona tranquilla, ottimo stabile, bagno ristrutturato a nuovo, ottima pulizia e molti armadi e armadietti con tanto spazio per riporre bagagli, abbigliamento e oggetti personali. Nel complesso è tutto ok ma...il pensiero di ritornarci e dover passare altre notti su quel materasso coriaceo del letto matrimoniale, con le molle che ti si conficcano nella schiena e nelle spalle (provare per credere) e non vedere l'ora che arrivi il mattino per interrompere, finalmente, quella tortura è sufficiente per distruggere tutte le belle qualità che invece possiede l'appartamento e bocciarlo definitivamente in occasione di un prossimo viaggio a Nizza. Questo è veramente un peccato! L'appartamento e la location non se lo meritano. Scusate se mi permetto di dare un consiglio (nell'interesse dei turisti e anche del proprietario): il mercato è talmente pieno di ottimi materassi (anche a prezzi molto accessibili) che, se il proprietario avesse l'accortezza di provvedere in merito, l'appartamento sarebbe veramente al top!

positive points: -apartment is spacious -accessible easily from train station and close to the beaches negative: - was not clean; particularly the floor - the bed was awful; feeling like sleeping on a set of coils. We could feel the position of the individual coils of the bed!!!

Leider lagen die Federkerne der Federkerne eher außerhalb der Matratze - soll heißen, die Matratze war mehr als austauschfähig. Der Abfluss der Dusche war verstopft, so dass immer nur kurzes Duschen möglich war. Ausstattung zweckmäßig. Ansonsten für einfache Ansprüche dem Preis angemessen. Schönes Haus, hervorragende zentrale Lage

Home sweet home :)

This apartment has a really good location. Everywhere is so close;bus station,markets,city center,coast etc.It s most important thing for a tourist. Also,I feel myself like I am at home. Maybe it s old flat but clean and so pretty. We could find everything in the kitchen to cook.There is no problem about hot water in the bathroom. In shortly,I am not regret for choosing that apartment.
