"Room was not clean, a layer of dust could be seen on the curtains. The heater was broken, a light fixture were hung weirdly in a part of ceiling and didn't work.Mattreses were sagging and not clean with a damp smell. The breakfast was smell weirdly and they were not very good at refilling and keeping it warm."

"The room was clean enough to stay with a good price and having a good view. The river view means the room is between floor 4 to 7 and you can see the falls behind the trees. The fall view means the room is between 7 to 18 which gives you a clear view of both niagara falls and American falls. Floor 14 has a few benches infront of the windows that provide a great view but unfortunately only 2 are clean enough to be good for a photo. There is a 30 min walk from a very steep road to the fall or a $4 ride on a moving cabin that works from 8 am to 11 pm up and down the hill. It worth it because the parking fee down the hill is $35 per entry."

"The bedding and shower looked clean although the room did not look vacuumed. Small note that there is no Microwave in the room, the pool needs a reservation to use and the splash pad (kids pool) is only open/available on weekends. They did allow us to check in 2 hours early which was appreciated. We called prior to get mine and another guests rooms on the same floor and we ended up 6 floors apart which was unfortunate but was manageable since we were both close to the elevator on our floors. The view was worth it for sure 👍"

"Negative : - No new Kleenex replacement avail, few sheets remain on the holder. -Incomplete set of towels -few drops of body wash left in the bottle inside the bathroom -no complimentary water being given -No microwave oven -complimentary coffee tastes awful. Positive : They were able to check us in earlier than sched."

However, the staff and manager, Luca, handled the situation professionally and upgraded us to a room with a Fallsview for the inconvenience. The team was very accommodating and made a genuine effort to ensure we still had a great trip despite the issue."
