「We had ants in the kitchen. Contacted front desk twice, both times they said they would look into it and they never got back to me. The facility does not come with any linens, towels, etc. We were flying in from out of province and never received this notice until after we purchased a non-refundable stay. 「Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and the location was convenient. However, the cleanliness of the room and common areas could be improved, as some areas appeared to be overlooked during housekeeping. With better attention to cleanliness and maintenance, the overall guest experience would be much better.」
