"I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a very enjoyable experience. The grounds were absolutely beautiful, well-maintained, and provided a relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay.
The staff were generally friendly and welcoming, but I would like to give special recognition to Diego. He was exceptionally helpful, professional, and genuinely friendly. After learning that I was celebrating my birthday, he went above and beyond by arranging for a complimentary bottle of wine, which was a thoughtful gesture and greatly appreciated. Employees like Diego truly make a difference and enhance the guest experience.
My only minor concern was with the front desk staff. While they were friendly overall, I felt they were a little impatient when I asked for clarification regarding some charges on my credit card. As a guest, understanding billing details is important, and I would have appreciated a bit more patience during that interaction.
That said, this was a small issue in an otherwise very positive stay. The beautiful property, excellent service from Diego, and overall pleasant atmosphere made for a memorable visit. I would gladly return and would recommend this hotel to others."
