"The Nine Vines Hotel was a pleasant surprise. Very clean, comfortable ,super friendly staff, close to wineries and historic downtown. There is a fine dining restaurant on-premise called the Modina which served fantastic Mediterranean cuisine. Leah our receptionist and manager was super friendly and helpful on giving advice about the local places to see and eat."

"The room decor was dated. It is a charming inn with an old world atmosphere but the furniture type and layout needs improvement."

"Staff were very kind and responsive, some obvious wear and tear in the bathroom which was poorly patched over. The breakfast was the same everyday- and two days the hot bread puddings and egg casseroles were burnt to black- staff said “ in the middle it will be okay”. I did not complain but below the standard I would accept if I was in charge. Truthfully, last day was the only day the hot casseroles looked at all inviting. That was disappointing."
