The place was amazing I and my Family really ejoyed the place, however I was disappointed that the play pads is not avilable to use and the second room was too small. Over all I love the cottage.

The trailer is rented by an owner and the park front desk refer all questions and issues to the owner. I did not understand or clue in that I was renting from an owner, so although it makes sense that the resort front desk is not responsible for the trailer, the quick deflection to the owner was not what I expected.

Nice location, very easy to check in and check out. close to Niagara Falls and Niagara on the lake. Bedrooms were very small and ventilation in bedrooms were not great, especially in the middle of the night I did not know how to open the window. Overall, good experience

We love our stay. The only issue was the main bed was so loud, when we moved even a bit, it would wake our kids in the next room. Otherwise, we loved our stay and will be booking again!

Clean cottage that had everything we needed. Great location, close to hiking trails, grocery stores, restaurants. Pool is great for young kids. We really enjoyed our stay.

We love this place! It was our second stay and we will be coming every year with our family. It’s super cozy, easily fits the 7 of us, nicely contained so children can’t escape the property, has a great pool that’s warm, a splash pad and a basketball court. It’s also really close to Niagara on the lakes main road. Great staff and great manager! Whenever we go we always wish we booked longer.

The staff was friendly and made check-in and everything comfortable and easy. The unit was clean, but with this being spring time, there were a lot of ants despite the ant traps around. Nice space, great property and location.

Hello; I must say besides the cleanliness of the cottage, we were disappointed with our stay. The biggest linen did not fit the queen bed and we used the top sheet to cover the mattress. Also, the bunk beds did not have comfortable mattresses. We had difficulty with the door lock and had to spend time with the front desk to figure it out. Only to have them come out and also take time to get it figured out. I would not recommend this unless there are small children as we did not sleep comfortably and our trip was not a success due to our lack of sleep. I would recommend replacing the mattresses with some more comfortable options. Thank you

Family of 4 stayed in cottage #508 unit was clean a bit small but we made it work. There was a serious ant problem in the kitchen. All over counter tops, crawling on the paper towel, coffee machine and inside cupboards. This was a huge turn-off to cook family meals! I had to store everything in the fridge, bread, chips, etc. Bed in main room was also extremely uncomfortable as it was very hard and right side felt broken. Hot water did not last long. However that is posted. Park grounds were amazing, lots to do with children. Swimming pools, park, basketball, soccer, tennis, pickle ball, horse shoes, volleyball. Park is also quiet in general and very close to all amenities.

Our initial cabin was filthy. When we asked to cancel our booking we were told that was not possible and were offered a unit with less beds than the one we had booked. We expressed our concern and were told people could sleep together. The property manager was not helpful but our new unit was much cleaner than the initial one. Air conditioner didn’t work. Location was pretty and outside is as described. We would book in this resort again but not with these owners.

We spent two nights at Falcon Cottages during our family trip to Niagara-on-the-Lake, and the experience exceeded our expectations. The check-in process was smooth and well-organized — the welcome center provided car tags for both our vehicles without any issue, and the door code and cottage number were sent to us in advance, which made arrival stress-free after a long drive from Toronto. The cottage itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a family with kids, including a small baby. It felt private and peaceful, surrounded by greenery, yet only a short drive from Niagara Falls, wineries, and the historic town of Niagara-on-the-Lake. The Wi-Fi worked well, and the layout gave everyone enough space to relax after busy days of sightseeing. The location is truly the highlight — perfect base for exploring the region without the noise and crowds of the tourist strip. Costco, gas stations, and restaurants are all within a short drive. A small tip for future guests: bring your own towels and toiletries, as they are not provided. Once you know that, everything else is a wonderful experience. Big thanks to the hosts for the clear communication before and during our stay. We would happily return and highly recommend Falcon Cottages to families and couples looking for a quiet, comfortable stay near Niagara
