There’s monitoring and surveillance at all times.
The space
It is private and all yours. This apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the building. You need to go up a set of stairs. It has air conditioning and free wifi Roku tv It has its own private entrance both into the building and into your own unit. Free Parking outside in front of the garage. Cable tv is not included but is a smart tv so you can login to your Netflix account. There is another arbnb unit on the main floor., that you can potentially hear noise from.
