Had a weekend getaway with a friend to Niagara Falls, the facility was very clean and comfortable. About a 5 minute drive to the downtown area was nice for keeping uber cost down. If you ok with using short uber trips or driving yourself id definitely recommend the stay.

My family of 4 stayed at Sunset Falls June 24-June 26. Communication with the host, Linda, was excellent. The location was perfect being that it was just outside the bustle of the tourist area yet close enough via a short drive. The unit was just as pictured and described. It was clean, comfortable and perfect for us. I would stay here again!

My family and I stayed here for my daughters 20th birthday and my mother kept going on about how the place was spic and span and so comfy. I agree! This is one of the best places to stay if youre visiting Niagara as its close to stores and fun attractions.

Location was off the main area but closer to stores for good convenience. Wonderful new building that felt very safe but close enough to visit all the attractions quickly. Family of 6 was tight but doable with a nice set up.

Check in was a breeze!! The communication between the property manager and us since we booked was A++++ they answered every question with such detail. It was easy to follow. When they say 10 mins to the falls they mean 10 mins. The space itself was super clean and I love they left us some detergent pods. We were able to wash our clothes before going back home!! I would stay here again!!!
