Loved the grab and go breakfasts and beds were comfortable. Bathrooms need to be upgraded and rooms painted. Needs attention to detail in cleaning. For the price we thought it was great value. Front Desk and check in process was good. Parking onsite is extra charge but reasonable.

Such close proximity to Clifton Hill and Fallsview Blvd and Casino. And the only suggestion I have is,to put some type of reflective tape on corners of stairwell,,my boyfriend almost banged his head

We found bedbugs when we arrived. We had a long discussion with the manager and they didn't want to refund. Finally, we got an 80% refund and we left as fast as we could. Pictures show the place way better than it is, and given the price we thought it wouldn't be that bad for a short stay. We were wrong. Worst place ever. We placed a claim to get the refund of the amount left

I wasn’t happy the cleaning lady didn’t clean my room and the owners never in the office and the beds are not comfy I have a bad back and my door never locked.. never again I had fun at Niagara Falls but I wasn’t happy with the hotel ..

Clean beds and toilet. The toilet had bidet which is great. Good location. The flush did not work at times. The bathtub was getting jammed very frequently. The toilet's lock was not working. The carpets were dirty. Unfortunately the AC in my room was not cooling. However, the other room that my other family members took was working very well.

Honestly, the motel is well located. First of all, it's a motel, not a hotel. We took three rooms: 625, 627, and 630. Room 625 was more or less good. Room 627 had a problem with the sink drain. The water remained there practically the entire stay. The air conditioning didn't work at all. Room 630 also had a plumbing problem. They called us on Saturday to say the water was leaking downstairs, even though we hadn't left anything open in the shower. Overall, it's a nice location, but the motel isn't run with care. For the price, you'd expect better. Neglect is rampant there. Everything is neglected: poor paint, a bad bed that quickly gives way, rust everywhere, signs of unfinished work in the bathtubs, etc. The staff: The manager, Akshay (read Okshay), is friendly. His housekeeper is a nasty gossip. She doesn't know what a housekeeper's job is. False advertising case: - The pictures don't reflect the condition of the building. Not at all. - The room isn't cleaned every day. The housekeeper only made the bed. She didn't empty the trash. She didn't change the sheets. Except for the sheet in room 627 because it was horribly stained. - There's no breakfast. You'll be given small packages containing cookies, apples, and granola bars. Don't expect a continental breakfast or eggs, cheese, bagels, etc. No. They don't want you to dirty the sheets or towels. The housekeeper is lazy. We were charged $30 for sheets. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS MOTEL. NOT AT ALL. AND I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!

Very clean. Close to everything. Good price. Great staff. Good vibes. Room next to restaurant vent and smoke was entering room which made it hard to breathe. Overall good stay. Everything I expected for a 1-2 star hotel.

Honestly, the motel looked a lot more run down than the pictures online showed. There was a gap between the door with just a simple lock that didn’t feel super safe for me, and everything was painted white. The sink was outside the bathroom, and the bathroom was super small. We were also charged for parking. However, for a cheap night, the motel was close to the falls, walking distance. The beds were clean and the ac was working. I probably wouldn’t stay there again, but it did its job for the night.
