Location is the best, close to the Falls, park, Rainbow Bridge and dining. Clean, the bed is super comfortable. Breakfast could be better but wasn’t terrible. Go down very early because after 8 am is extremely crowded. Overall for the price this hotel is very good.

PROS: Great location for trip to Niagara Falls. Check-in was great. Received a goodie bag with water and snacks. Friendly staff. CONS: Room cleanliness and service were issues. Dirty bedding. No bath towels. Had to make multiple requests. Later, dirty towels not picked up upon request. Breakfast eggs made my daughter sick two days in a row. Third day, she did not eat them. No issues.

It was very close to the falls and state park. Also border to Canada. Everything was good but there can be improvement on the breakfast, out of order drinks both days. Overall would stay there
