"We had a great stay at lilac hideaway but the thing that stood out most are the way they stepped up to help guests with travel plans We rented a dud 4x4 and it would not start after we checked in - but Eli jumped in an d organized mechanics to come and then drove with us to take the car to the mechanics once they had gotten a new battery in. "Patumu Hotel is well-located near the entrance to Ngorongoro Crater National Park. The hotel is simple with clean rooms and comfortable beds, but a bit dimly lit. The hotel staff was very welcoming and helpful in directing me to local services. There was ample parking and a restaurant."
