"Very unhappy about arriving the house to find it hadn't been serviced rotten food in the oven so we didn't dear use the oven the entire stay Had to clean all the plates and cups cutlery. The house had a musty smell that no matter how much you sprayed air freshener. Also was unaware that they had 2 other accommodation on the property which meant we had to share property with strangers . Only good thing about this house was the bathroom shower. "Loved this place. We stayed 2 nights and on our way back from our holiday 9 days later stayed another 2 nights. Had a large private spa pool, comfortable King bed, great parking, very quiet, yet close to tourist attractions, like the Gondola, Maitai, 3D Art and eating places. Has a gym and sauna and swimming pool (warm enough for swimming). Loved the sauna and spa the best. All the staff are super friendly and welcoming, and helpful. Every time from hereon, this will be our first choice in Rotorua. Our motel was spacious and warm. Great value for money."
