「We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Ycona resort in Zanzibar. From the moment we entered the resort the workers made us feel like we were at home. They allowed us to have an early check in after our morning flight. We stayed in the beach villa, which was absolutely magnificent. Private pool, great views of the ocean, and a rooftop tub as well. 「Safari House had plenty of space for our family of five. While not in the heart of Stone Town, it wasn't a far walk (10 min) to get there. Romaine, our host, was quite accommodating. The power and water shut off in the morning and he was over immediately to fix it (we didn't realize it was on a timer and was an easy fix). He also allowed us to store our luggage there after checkout time while we went out for a bit before our flight home. 」
