Here you can prepare delicacies while chatting with those relaxing in front of the TV in the upholstered furniture. In the bathroom there is a comfortable underfloor heating. The house also has a laundry room with washing machine, dryer and microwave.

There are plenty of cozy corners, so you'll always have a place to sit in the sun or shade and read a good book or drink a cup of coffee or glass of wine. You also have a gas grill at your disposal so you can barbecue and eat al fresco one or more evenings.
Since the beach is only 100 meters away, you are guaranteed to spend much of your vacation here. Balka beach is known as one of the most beautiful and child-friendly on the island. You will also stay close to the charming Snogebæk, which offers good restaurants, nice little stores, etc. You can also drive along the coast south to Dueodde with its lighthouse and popular beach or north to Nexø with its beautiful church.
