「Friendly helpful staff」

「First visit and will definitely return. Staff are really friendly, room was spacious and spotless. Proximity to all amenities was perfect. Food was excellent and portions were great. My only concern was the lack of knowledge and consideration for people with coeliac disease, that was the only negative factor. Thank you 」

「Host entered our locked room while we were gone to draw the shades and turn our tv off. Invasion of privacy. Also, beware if you come here in the winter, host is a penny pincher and won’t keep the heat on in the house past 10pm. We were absolutely freezing and had to leave the accommodation because it was far too cold for our children. He refused to turn it on. 」

「Our room was very clean & tidy. Evening meal was tasty though not a huge selection. Breakfast was fresh but again not a great selection. Parking was just outside which is a bonus 」

「The shower head is fixed to wall above shower screen doors,so when you take a shower the head of shower was spraying everywhere which I didn’t realise it was wetting my clothes that I was putting on and wash bag.this was room 105 I told them this but poor apology. I bet this will not be fixed 」

「The beds were lumpy and hard. The house was extremely cold on arrival and took a whole day to heat up. There internet was almost nonexistent. The furniture was old and dilapidated; not comfortable at all. 」
