"We could not have had a better place to stay since we were trying to be close to family but did not know what to expect. Our suite was very clean, but could have used a few things like towel racks, some place to hang clothes in the bathroom while showering, paper towels, and wash clothes. The food was excellent for breakfast. The pool was so awesome with a charming atmosphere. But the staff was the best part. So caring and helpful. "This was our second time in 3 weeks staying at the Kapok hotel. You only come back for a second time if you really love a hotel. So many good things to say. The hotel was beautiful and clean. The area was super walkable - with so many great shops, attractions and restaurants nearby. The staff were awesome - from the sweet people at the front desk to the wonderful breakfast staff. The hotel's two restaurants were so, so good. The pool and other amenities were amazing. Oh and I loved that I could do a massive load of laundry - wash and dry for TT$50. And best of all - the price was very reasonable for all that we got. Thank you to everyone at the Kapok hotel. We will be back for sure!"
