Located right off I-80, Newton is a small city with a big heart. Our cozy home, tucked in a quiet residential neighborhood is centrally located to many other communities. Our humble home has just enough room for you to get away, or hideaway, depending on what your plans are. You will have easy access to the areas best attractions and privacy at the end of the day.
For added safety and security we have added a Ring camera to the front and side door.

This home was exactly as described. We were in the area for a football event and it was wonderful having a "home" to go to at the end of the day. The area was very quiet and the property was very well maintained. Being there for 5 days/4nights with a teen practicing in the summer heat, having the washer and dryer was a huge plus as wash having a garage to park in since we did experience severe weather while there. I would definitely stay here again if needed.

Super clean and well maintained property.

We were going to a wedding at Alta House and this property was very close and conveniently located. It is a very quiet neighborhood and the house is clean and well maintained. There were snacks waiting, which was a nice perk coming off the road. Perfect size for the 5 of us. The beds were comfortable, and TVs were in both bedrooms and living room. Highly recommend this property over a hotel even for a one night stay!

Cute Cottage

This was a fabulous place to stay in Newton. It was clean & cute. It had everything we needed. It’s a quiet neighborhood & close to the grocery store. We will definitely stay here again!!!
