The house forms part of the exclusive The Rocks development – an award-winning collection of 10 luxury homes which settles just behind the dunes and mere metres from the shoreline. On the ground floor you'll find four beautiful bedrooms each with their own Smart TVs, while upstairs there's a gorgeous open plan living space with sea views where you can cook, eat, unwind and spend time together. For those who love water sports, Holywell is ideal for swimming, body boarding and surfing, and beach-based Holywell Bay School of Surf offers lessons and equipment hire to visitors of all ages and abilities. If you prefer sunbathing there are many sheltered spots to choose from, while children will love paddling in the rock pools or shallow streams at low tide.

Lying half a kilometre offshore, the iconic Gull Rocks (which featured in BBC One's Poldark) form a dramatic backdrop for your day on the sand and in the sea, and when the tide is out, you'll discover natural caves, rivers and waterfalls to explore. Just six miles west of Holywell lie the famous surfing beaches of Fistral Beach and Watergate Bay along with all of Newquay's other array attractions. Pets: 2 Pets accepted. Please advise the Luxury Coastal team directly if you would like us to host your pet after completing your booking. A charge of £40 per pet per stay/week will be applicable and required before your stay. We will arrange and invoice with you directly upon booking confirmation.

Good Housekeeping Bond
We ask our guests for a £200 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no claim. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.

Please note that the ceiling in bedroom 3 has water staining due to water leak which is now fixed. The area needs to dry out for a few weeks before the area is reassessed and repaired/repainted. This will be sorted by end of September 2024.
