Summary:
This 3 bedroom, 2 bath upper unit is in a great area for beach-goers. A family looking to spend most of their time on the sand and in the surf will love the location. There is a deck with peek-a-boo views of the ocean and enjoying the pastel colored sunsets. The queen master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom near the front of the property, and two guest bedrooms with a double bed in each. There is room for one vehicle in the shared garage.
The Space:
124 34th St B is professionally managed by Newport Beach Vacation Properties. Just 30 seconds from one of the best beaches in Newport, this is a great spot for swimming, surfing, boogie boarding and sunbathing! A family looking to spend most of their time on the sand and in the surf will love the location of this property. It is also conveniently located two blocks from the local Pavilions grocery store, restaurants, bank, and shops. There is a deck with peek-a-boo views of the ocean and enjoying the pastel colored sunsets.
The kitchen has been updated with granite counter tops, stainless refrigerator and stove, and a white dishwasher. There is a dining area set for 4, and several bar stools for additional seating. The living area faces the street, featuring a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate 2 guests, and a balcony with peek-a-boo views of the sand.
The queen master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom near the front of the property, and two guest bedrooms with a double bed in each. There is a shared full bathroom for the guest bedrooms. Both guest bedrooms have sliding glass doors which provide access to the shared rear deck.
The spacious master bedroom has a queen bed, walk-in closet and en suite bath. Two guest bedrooms with queen beds share a hall bath with a tub/shower combo.
Sneak away from the beach for sunny afternoon BBQs on the deck, or grill dinner while the sun sets.
There is a shared washer and dryer in the garage, and you’ll have one space for your vehicle within the shared garage (door does not close).
Just off West Balboa Boulevard and less than a block from the water’s edge, you’ll have easy access to the best of Newport Beach. Only a short walk over to lido Marina Village with lots of great food spots and boutiques and a short drive to some of the best surrounding beaches and the beautiful outdoor mall, Fashion Island.

-We try our best to keep updated on remodels/construction happening around our vacation units. However, construction can pop up anytime in the City of Newport Beach without notice. N.B.V.P is not responsible and will not issue refunds due to neighboring construction. City construction hours are M - F 7am to 5pm.
