Come experience quintessential Newport Beach in your private, cozy beach house. Spend sunny days enjoying the rooftop patio or take a quick walk to the best California beaches for a day by the ocean. Spend warm nights BBQing at the house or walk over to Lido Marina Village to enjoy the finest waterfront eateries in town. It wouldn't be a trip to the beach without access to activities; beach cruisers, beach towels, and beach chairs are all available for your use.

Private unit just steps to the beach! Private kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, living room, garage, and large patio. The garage is a bit tight; small SUVs or sedans only. Your furry friends are also welcome to enjoy the beach life; we just ask that you keep them off the furniture. We cannot accommodate early checkin or late checkout.

My husband and I live right down the street, just a bike ride away. We are both available via phone/text and can be onsite if needed.

The beach house is right across the street from the grocery store, making stocking the kitchen for your beach vacay super convenient. All within walking or biking distance: beach, Lido Marina Village, Balboa Fun Zone, Balboa Island, Balboa Ferry, restaurants, grocery store, shopping, Newport Pier, Hoag Hospital, and Lido House Hotel. Short drive away for any day excursions: Huntington Beach, Laguna Beach, Disneyland, Fashion Island, South Coast Plaza, and hiking trails. If you are super adventurous you can hop on the nearby "Catalina Flyer" for a day excursion to Catalina Island. Whatever you choose, you are guaranteed to enjoy a quintessential Southern California experience!

You are going to be in the heart of Newport Beach in an extremely walkable area. Beach parking can be hectic, especially during the summer; lucky for you, you will have access to your own, private, one car garage. Fly into Orange County (SNA) airport for quickest access to the beach house (about 15 minutes by uber/car)
