Right in the heart of the Balboa Peninsula, this 4 BR/3BA upper level home is located across the street from the beach. Enjoy a family friendly day at the nearby bay beach kayaking, paddle boarding, or walk 1 min to the Beach, boardwalk, and beach playground.
From our property you can safely walk or ride bikes anywhere on the peninsula. Conveniently located between the Balboa & Newport Piers you will never be more than 5-10 minutes from shops 30+ restaurants & bars, Balboa Fun Zone etc
The space
Our home is one of two units in a two unit building.
Our home is located on the 2nd level (with an additional separate bedroom downstairs) and includes EVERYTHING YOU NEED to enjoy your family vacation at the beach. Our home has a fully equipped kitchen (pots, pans, dishes, silverware etc), and outdoor upper level deck, Outdoor Dining Table, Propane BBQ, On-Site Coin-Operated), Garage Parking, and much more!

HOME LOCATION:
This property is located in Balboa between 13th & 14th St. between Newport and Balboa Piers. You can walk or ride our bikes anywhere on the peninsula from this home. The best thing about this location is that you are a 5-15 minute walk to over 20+ restaurants, shopping, the balboa fun zone, boat rentals, all while staying at the beach.
For those of you with kids, The nearby Bay beach is perfect for families. Marina Park is just a few blocks away with a giant Grass area to hang out. There is also a playground on the beach at the elementary school located across the street making this home an ideal location for families.

IMPORTANT HOME NOTES:
-Tenants will be held responsible for any/all penalties and fines incurred during their stay as well as loss of rental revenue resulting from the suspension or revocation of the Property City Lodging Permit.
- Primary guest must be 25+ years old and present throughout the entire reservation.
- This is the 2nd Level of a Duplex Property, with a separate detached bedroom on the The Ground Floor. (There is a separate vacation property in the lower front half of the home).
- This home has (1) set of Stairs to access the upper main level
- Outdoor Spaces are not shared with the lower home.
- In home Air-Conditioning can be provided for an additional $30 per day. Please notify property manager 48 hours in advance should you wish to utilize this amenity.
- Washer and Dryer are located in the Garage(coin operated)
- (1) Garage Parking Spot Provided in our 2 car garage. The garage is shared with unit A however each unit has (1) designated parking spot.
-Please review house rules regarding Noise, Day/Nighttime Occupancy, etc.
- High Chair & Pack n' Play must be requested 48 hours prior to your stay and are provided pending availability.
- Noise from other units, neighboring homes, and beach goers should be expected.
PETS - This property accepts one (1) pet with a fee of $399 plus tax and applicable fees. All pets must be disclosed at the time of booking. Please note, not all breeds will be permitted on property and will be subject to the discretion of the property manager. Pets are not to be left unattended at any time. Should your pet become a nuisance due to excess barking and/or cause a threat/harm to other residents or guests, we will ask that you remove the pet from the property immediately or cancel your reservation without a refund of any kind. All potty accidents must be reported to the property manager immediately. Additional charges may be applied to cover the costs of repairs or damages caused by any pet.
