「We had a very bad experience. The place was nice enough but the host was incredibly rude and accused us of causing damage, which we did not. He could not provide evidence of any damage when asked to so. Would not book any accommodation through stayz ever again. We are still trying to refute a fraudulent charge. The customer services through stayz is very poor.」

「The house was extremely comfortable for our group of families. The kitchen contained all the equipment to meet our catering needs. The children enjoyed the games room and the large back yard. The position made walking to the village for a morning coffee or an afternoon wine very easy.」

「The house was in a lovely position, looking out over wetlands and in walking distance to the beach. Silverleaves is a lovely quiet area. The house was clean and as described. The house worked very well for two family groups, and was well set up for children.The only concern was the master bathroom taps that are not working well, and this could be easily fixed.We would happily come back」

「Excellent property. Great location with everything in the property perfect. Great host and all very easy.」

「Overall the cottage was quite nice. There is however, room for improvement. Outside light not working, bathroom light not working, two of the lamps either didn't have globes or globe was burnt out. One of the bedrooms has a fan however no dial for the fan to be switched on. Cottage has no stove top or oven so had to make do with a microwave settings. At least an airfryer should be provided. There was a power outage and although the host was aware, they didn't seem concerned about any...

「My family and friends struggled to find accomodation as we had a wedding to attend to in flinders. BJ was one of the few hosts that let us stay at his beautiful home which was perfectly suited for our occasion. The house on arrival was spotless and had great amenities.Would highly recommend to anyone.」
