The cabin is less than 1/4 mile from the Missouri River and has a boat ramp, dock and parking lot. Go for a relaxing walk away from it all. Just 10 Minutes from Vermillion SD and USD. One hour from Sioux Falls, SD. 30 minutes from Yankton, SD and Lewis and Clark Lake.

Great location for visiting Vermillion

Super cute house. Comfortable beds. We enjoyed our stay. It felt very secluded but was only a ten minute drive into Vermillion. The property was quiet and beautiful.

This is a wonderful house in a beautiful location. We enjoyed the nature trail and the beautiful trees, squirrels, deer, and turkeys!

Great getaway!

Scenic location, quiet, and restful. Just what we needed while traveling to Vermillion for a golf tournament. Excellent communication with the manager. House had everything we needed to relax and unwind. Great spot!

This was an enjoyable, comfortable get away home to meet family friends for a few days. The accommodations were just right for everyone and the setting was great for hiking and visiting nearby Nebraska State Parks. We do have a couple minor suggestions for improvement. Please add a scrubber for cleaning pots and pans plus a dish drainer for cleaned dishes. Repairs needed: the ceiling light in the bedroom/bathroom hallway was burnt out or did not work. We would have used it as a night light if it had worked. Overall though we were very pleased with our stay and would consider staying again.

Nice and clean and close to USD

Very cozy and clean. Very close to USD campus. Wish there was another bathroom and more beds. The only reason I say that is that there are very few VRBOs in and around Vermillion that can accommodate a group (we are a fam of 6). We look forward to more stays at your Cabin.

Turkey Hunting

Loved the location and amenities. We have hunted the Hoesing properties for the last 6 years and stayed in Vermilion previously. This was a million times better. Hope to re-book for next year. Maybe we'll have to ask about getting permission to hunt the VRBO property as well. Ha!

Cozy Cabin

This is an excellent home away from home. I would recommend extra tuperwear in kitchen and a floor lamp in family room for dimmer lighting. Very clean and comfortable, I would recommend staying here.
