We absolutely loved our stay at SpringHill Suites! ALL the staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. Our room was clean, comfortable, and modern. The pool was also excellent for younger kiddos, with the deep end only being 4ft deep. The complementary breakfast was also very good! 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

Hotel was very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Love the location, plenty of shops and restaurants. Room was a little tight for the four of us. Bathroom is huge and water temp great. Outside patio for guests was a plus especially with the fire pit and seating for evening entertainment when you didn't want to be in the room. The lobby was also a great option for entertainment and everything was clean. I would definitely come back to this location and utilize this hotel chain for future travel plans. Also love the scent of the in shower gel.

Large rooms. Top notch.

New building and very nice. The 450 square. foot room made traveling with my 3 grandsons perfect with separate seating area and large bathroom. The free breakfast had lots of options and different options each day. The fire pit was nice to relax by in the evenings. Definitely will be my choice of hotels in the future due to the size and style of the rooms.

I felt so comfortable and safe! Parking and navigating hallways/elevators at hotels can be intimidating so I asked for a room near the front desk on the first floor. I was very pleased they were able to accommodate my request and the staff were all very friendly!

The actual property is very clean and welcoming. Nokia at the front desk, was very kind, professional, and helpful. The breakfast was yummy and well stocked. We enjoyed sitting on the outdoor seating area to eat our breakfast. The room was spacious with a super comfy bed. The pool was closed because it requires a part that is on back order. They were very quick to inform us that we could go to Towneplace Suites next door to swim. We were met with a very kind woman at Towneplace as well that let us into the pool without hesitation. If we need a place to stay in the area in the future, we will definitely be looking to reserve a room at Springhill Suites.

The hotel is new and up to date but the pool was not in serves. I checked in at 3 pm and when I went to my room it was still being cleaned. I was given a new room but it had no Kleenex. The Staff was very helpful in getting everything taken care of. The breakfast in the morning was wonderful.

Staffing all the way around was pleasant, friendly, helpful, & available. Pool room was warm> good thing. Water> comfy for a very cold natured person. Breakfast was large & should make everyone happy. Standard amenities associated with like properties were all there . Maybe i missed it in the description but the pool had towels & our room had a microwave & a mini fridge. Slept 2 adults & 4 boys comfortably with the West Elm couch & trundle. Small property & easy to.move around. We are locals & did a night with grandkids for NYE so their parents could have fun. Perfect way to keep kids entertained at the pool. BTW- we had a great NYE, celebrated the ball dropping in NYC & Nashville with sparkling grape juice. The kids loved it. Thank you for the stay.

Nice building. No warning that the pool was closed

The place is brand new, and probably the best value of new, nice and clean for the cost that I've ever stayed at. My issue was that I chose this hotel because it had a nice photo of a pool. Upon arrival, found a tiny, tiny, insult of a pool, but still with an open mind asked about the hours, to be told by the registration guy "Oh, the pool is broken". First off..... pools close, they don't "break". But... why isn't there an "Oh btw, something is wrong with this property" before you book on hotels.com. Felt like a major bait and switch when I could've stayed at another hotel 30 seconds away and had the pool. I know it's petty, but.... God dang it.... Might as well have stayed at the literally 1/2 price comfort inn.
