We will provide full instructions for operating these devices ahead of check-in. Also, please note, there is an exterior flight of steps required to access the main entrance to the building. Some of our elderly guests have noted the steps are on the steeper side, but they do have handrails on both sides. There are also several flights of interior steps required to access this apartment, as it is on the top floor.
