"Dolphin cottage is a spacious and good budget rental. The washer and dryer in the outbuilding are very useful. I found the sofas in the living room a little uncomfortable. The shower is good and works well. The town of Newbiggin itself is a bit quiet."

"The house was clean and tidy everything was laid out in rooms fresh clean towels complimentary body was shampoo and conditioner kitchen was clean and well equipped . I spent some quality time with my Dad who travelled up for his birthday and we had a lovely time in the property relaxing and catching up . I would highly recommend this property for families good location and on a very quiet street "

"Lovely house that was a perfect place for us to stay. So close to the gorgeous, quiet, sandy Newbiggin beach for paddleboarding, swimming and rock pooling. Easy walk into town along the promenade. The weather was beautiful. The house and the area feel like hidden gems! "

"We had a wonderful 3 night stay and wish we could have stayed longer. The house is beautiful....clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The interior design is contemporary, with lots of nice little touches. The books and games were a lovely addition.Beds were comfortable...we had a great night sleep in a very peaceful neighbourhood. The location is a very short walk to the beach, which was great for walking the dog. Lovely clean beach and very quiet... sometimes you had it all too yourself. This was a great base to go and explore the Northumberland coastline. We were able to get parked outside the house easily every day. Loved our stay and would recommend to others. Hope to come back very soon. "
