Hampton Inn is always nice. However, at this location one elevator needs to be fixed because the doors take forever to open and close. Also, there was some kind of construction going on so the parking space in the back was limited.

This is my 2nd time staying at this property is a great property very clean, safe and comfortable. It’s literally Five minutes from hotel to the entrance of the mall walking distance. The only reason it’s not a five stars is because the shuttle service is Extremely unreliable I had to wait over an hour to be picked up and then I gave up so I took an Uber and the Wi-Fi will not stay connected.

The people in the front were very rude. I called early to request early check in and they said we would be able to check in early. We arrive and they make us wait 2 hours in the lobby. The guy at the front desk is a weirdo and did not even acknowledge me and my family when we tried to check out. Very unprofessional and the breakfast was not good at all. The best thing was the cereal

They don't answer the phones when you call from your room. Needed washcloths and towels, had to wait longer than 2 hrs to receive them. Day 2 requested the room to be cleaned, trash was left in the room.
