「The rooms were a good size with living and kitchen room separate bedroom. The rooms could be very nice but was lacking on the clean side with dust and some maintenance needed. Wanted to make an hot drink on arrival but only one cup so had to go and buy some, there was no cloth to dry cups up after washing. Didn't use the dishes as they were dusty. There was a lack of shelving in the bathroom to put toiletries away. Contact with the owners was excellent.」

「So so. Not much privacy. Wrongly listed - free parking ... parking was free but on road side, not within the premises of the property. 2 flats built in the back yards of a house. You go through the front yard of the house. Kitchen and another room of the house facing the flats.」

「Great little base in a good location and the host was really accommodating with my technology issues !」

「Nice, basic room. Kitchen well-equipped ut a bit of a trek to the back of the house. Very convenient for Trent Bridge cricket ground」

「This is exactly what we needed. Brilliant host, lots of personal touches in the accommodation, we will be back!」

「Lovely property, very clean and well thought out. We stayed for 1 night but would be perfect for a longer stay as very well equipped and short journey into the city.」
