-The room did not have a fridge. -Would have liked the curtains to lower and raise individually. -Hotel did not allow food in the rooms/room service. -hotel restaurant had a private event, would of liked to know that at check in. -when asked for a refresh of the room, the cleaning crew only provided 1 new towel instead of 2, and did not fully turn the bed. -TV channel options. -WIFI, could be faster.

The front desk lied to us about servicing our broken ac/heat in room. It was broken the entire 4 days we relayed this to the front desk 4 times. Each time they said that the “engineer” would take care of it. He/she never even came to Our room to look at it!

Had a good stay at the Walker Hotel! The room was tiny as many others have said but my husband and I found it fine for the 2 of us and we didn't spend much time in the room. Was difficult to get around him to get out of the bed as there's only one side to get in and the beds are very tall, but that wasn't a big problem. The mattress was comfortable but the pillows were very flat and weren't great for my neck. The speakeasy downstairs was great and the bar in the lobby had great coffee but you have to pay a small fortune for it. Our biggest issue was the TV not working. Someone came right away when we asked about it and fixed the cable, but he said he'd fix the Chromecast the next day and he never came back. We were leaving the following day so we didn't follow up but maybe I should have called again. All around a pretty good stay.
