The property was in a decent location and the housekeeping staff was courteous. The lack of cleanliness of the bathroom (the toilet was dirty with urine on the seat), the poor maintenance of the bed (sharp metal rods protruding from the frame), not being a secure facility (anyone could come from outiside gaining access to the rooms via the elevator) and the terrible coffee made the stay somewhat undesirable.

I was there just for one night. It is an old building. The staff at the front desk the night of my arrival and morning of check out were very pleasant. The only thing an iron and a small fridge would have been nice.

Good value. Great location for me. I wish it was better maintained. I Don’t know why people Don’t keep there properties clean- If they cleaned the stairs, and the elevator- it would look 1000% better.

This hotel is perfect if you just need a place to sleep for a night or two. The staff is really nice and helpful. Got lucky and there was an open parking spot when I arrived, it was a little tight but it was free. I probably would stay again.

Decent place to stay while traveling. Only two parking spaces and they are tight! Watch the one on the right, the concrete stands out and you can scrape your car! Staff was super friendly, rooms are very small but you come for the city not the room stay!! Close to subways and on bus line to get the full city experience. Will stay there again when I come visit!

This was a lower priced facility and about 3/4 mile walk from a subway station. The property is a family owned & run hotel. They staff was nice and helpful. The room was very small. I was traveling alone, so worked out fine; 2 people would have been extremely cramped with no room to place the bags. (I had to use part of the K-sized bed to place my bag). For a discount place to stay, it was only OK.

Old rooms, slice white bread and plastic wrap pain au chocolate with black coffee in a hallway that was leaking from the roof. No comforter just white sheet and colored sheet on top … door to the bathroom was beat up and mold around the baseboard .. quite disappointed for the price and how far it is from Manhattan .:.:

They crammed two beds into a tiny room. The tv is really old. The towels look old. Underneath the beds it was very dirty and in the morning a bug crawled from the bedsheets. I informed this to the receptionist and she said sorry. Not worth it.
