The staff were all so nice and provided great customer service. The rooms do not look as clean and nice as in pictures, but I would stay again. Room amenities could be switched out for new. Under the desk was not vacuumed, there were what looked like 2 vitamins on the ground from previous guests.
I want to first say we have stayed here several times and have always found your hotel to be wonderful. For some reason this time we have had several issues with our room and felt the need to point them out. There were so many I thought it was easiest to list below. 1. Lots of hair all over the bathroom and in the shower (see pictures below) 2. Broken towel bar in shower that could easily be fixed (see picture below) 3. Tub spout drips constantly 4. Toilet has to be flushed several times for toilet paper to not come back up 5. Bathroom vent is covered in dust (see picture below) 6. Loud banging noise on the other side of our bedroom wall starting at around 7am every am 7. Coffee make is broken and water runs all over the place when trying to make just one cup of coffee. It also only makes about a sip and a half of coffee 8. LOTS of mildew on ceiling of shower. (See photo) This is what put us over the edge as it seems it could easily be scrubbed and a clean coat of painted over this. The whole bathroom was just awful! 9. Shelves in bathroom are in really bad shape (see picture below) Again, we have always enjoyed our stay and your staff is always so friendly and helpful. We would not mention this at all if it was just one or two of these things but felt for $1200 felt like these items should be addressed. We tried to contact hotel twice to work it out directly with them but have not received any response.
Very personal and helpful, only complaint I have is the bathroom extremely small.
My favourite thing about this hotel has to be the night manager, Omar. He is the nicest person! He went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was perfect. His staff treated us so well and anytime we needed anything, they came immediately armed with lovely smiles. I cannot recommend the Stewart enough. I hope you meet Omar. He's amazing.
