The young woman who took care of us was very nice. She was working on Wednesday, but I can’t remember her name. We were able to drop off our bags early in the morning and go into the city for sightseeing before check-in time. The rooms were clean, and we felt very comfortable overnight. Overall, it was a great stay.

Staff were super friendly, service was prompt, room was good for the price. Nothing to complain about. Shower water gets plenty not and has good flow and the toilets are the powerful kind. Beds are extremely plush, strictly personal preference whether this is a plus or minus though. AC and heat, very strong and adjustable, will freeze or cook you in five minutes (I made this mistake). Overall very good stay and excellent location. Giant mall literally across the street.

The people at the front desk were always pleasant and helpful. The location itself is in a great location to see flushing. Close to good restaurants and shops. The hotel rooms are absolutely disgusting. The towels they gave us were gray with human hairs stuck to it. The floors were sticky and had hair and debris all over them. The pillow cases had stains and the sheets had pieces of hair on them. The walls are covered in dust and the room had an awful smell. I personally would not stay here again. It was good for an emergency night in flushing but not good for more then a few hours sleep.

I like the location of this property because it's near some amazing food areas and I hope you get to know the Chinatown of flushing. I don't like that the place is old and it feels sticky even if you put the air condition on. And the bed sheets were a little stained. No one likes that. I do appreciate the clean towels and the amenities such as the refrigerator and microwave. There are no lights near the bed which is strange. Also, you can hear every other room and their noises which is not so fun.

Had our flight cancelled because of weather so picked this hotel based on the distance from airport and 7.4 rating . We came in and We didn’t stay as the room wasn’t representative of the photos it was really small (called the business suite) and floor was really greasy. Very old hotel with a lot to do to make it newer. And didn’t feel safe Didn’t feel confortable staying and surely not worth the price. We know that queens is expensive but that was ridicule came down and say we didn’t want to stay than it wouldn’t do for us offered a change of room but we wanted out clerk behind the window said they wouldn’t objet to a refund request called Expedia and we got the refund. We then proceeded walking in the area to find a other hotel went to best western nearby also very bad we finally found an other hotel more expensive but it was clean and felt safer

They will make you wait until 3:01pm to check unless you pay that $40 early check in fee. I might be a weirdo but bring your own towel and slides/shower shoes, you couldn’t pay me to raw foot those room/shower floors. Parking was only annoying in the morning (street cleaning). Solid 6/10

They advertised queen beds, but they were not queen but twin/full even after trying a different room. The window shade could not go up and there was no lamp in the room only a single bright light pointing towards the beds. Had clean towels and the room looked and smelled clean. Great location and price but don’t expect much else.
