The building does NOT have an elevator, but the apartment is located on a lower floor, so stairs are minimal and manageable for most guests.

Parties and smoking are strictly prohibited, and non-compliance will result in a $500 fee. In-Person Check-In Late Check-In Fees: $30 for arrivals after 9 PM. $50 for arrivals after 11 PM. $100 for arrivals between midnight and 1 AM.

Packages cannot be delivered directly to the apartment, as delivery access to the building is not guaranteed. We recommend arranging delivery to a nearby pickup location instead
