Disappointed with the way they charge you on the first day (with security deposit) and then charge you again without the security deposit on the last day. Then basically you get charged twice and tell you your bank will fix it in 10-14 business days. No parking when it said they had. Otherwise, convenient location for us as we drove to Manhattan. Safe for travelling with my toddler son.

Third time at this place and I always love it!! Great location and love the food at the coffee place downstairs. This was I think the first time that I did notice a few staff members that were ruder than I expected. Specifically, someone at Main Desk when I called inquiring about check out times. Just my preference but I usually appreciate a response when I say thank you rather than a half grunt and hanging up on me. Little put off from the interaction.

I was deeply disappointed by the misrepresentation of the size/space. I felt mislead about parking being “covered / endorsed”. That means $46 rather than $51. My thermostat was not on at all for temperature control, when I called the front desk I received rudeness and passive aggressive context. The room was tiny and the food was mediocre at best. I would say - overpriced is an understatement.

It is a charming little oasis in Tribeca....the staff was warm and helpful. I loved the coffee shop on the ground floor - you can tell the people in the neighborhood are fans as well. Love it. Reasonable. Comfortable.
