Hotel would not allow me to check-in for my one (1) night stay without cash security deposit, despite (1) finding out I was a victim of fraud / unauthorized credit card use, and (2) having already pre-paid for my reservation. Biggest slap in the face is they kept the money I already paid despite the front desk manager " Sam " - a shorter guy turning me away, even AFTER Expedia called and explained the situation to him. Totally unprofessional, I would NOT recommend.
Nous n'avons pas eu ce que nous avons réservé même apres m'avoir obstiné avec le comis a l'acceuil. Nous n'avons même pas lu parler avec un directeur.
Aucun remboursement n'a voulu été fait egalement. Service horrible. Dernière fois a cette hotel.
I spent one night but it was very pleasant, very clean and comfortable..
Modern room. I will def recommend this place. The stuff was friendly and helpful.
Easy check in, first room wasn’t ready had to go downstairs let them know and switch rooms, besides that for $80 it’s was a $80 room. Basic. Decent views of the city made up for it.
Definitely not as advertised. Upon arriving, the slide doors were not working, so we came in through a side door. The lobby was nice, but upon closer inspection, everything was scuffed and slightly dirty. Check-in at 3 pm took forever, and I had to request a second key (we were 2 guests in a private room). Entering the elevator was a nightmare, it smelled like they cleaned it with mold and cheap chemical cleaner. I finally got up to my room on the 10th floor to discover, lo and behold, I had to insert my card in a slot for power. Despite the power, the big lamp didn't turn on, and the nightstand lamp switch was hidden behind the nightstand. Speaking of the nightstand, one of them had a gloss stain on it, and the other had a broken shelf inside. The carpet had brush stains on one wall, and what we HOPE was a paint stain by the desk. The desk chair was ridiculously uncomfortable. Towels, bedsheets, and pillows had suspicious stains. No mini-fridge, microwave. We got to stare at a "NO HAY SENAL" bounce around the screen because the FiosTV box wasn't even active. The bathroom had no individual soaps, just those wall holders that made me not want to shower. This isn't even a hotel. This is a HOSTEL, who gets away with calling themselves a hotel because they have a few private rooms available.
Near property and the 4 people rooms are perfect becauSe you have your own bathroom in the room

Don't know what they are doing & irresponsible
When I checked in and inform them I have two separate reservation for 1/5 - 1/8 and do not want to check out and check in again. I also told the front desk I like to stay at the same room. However, on 1/7, I couldn't get in my room located on 7th floor. I talked to front desk and reset my key. When come in my room and couldn't find my luggage. I went down again to ask front desk why my luggage disappear was told by them that my room was switch to another room on 2nd floor. When I get to the room on the 2nd floor, still didn't find my lugggae. I was very angry and went down again talk to front desk, he finally call housekeeper to help me locate the luggage. I told them my luggage is my life and have very important documents in it. They have to call or find whoever removed my luggage without my concent when I still have a valid reservation. They took me to the storage room on the basement and still couldn't find my luggage. I was very upset and worry about what happened to my luggage and it triggered my anxiety and panic attack. How could they did this to me. The housekeeping guy suggested to me that there's another room on the 7th floor might be keeping my luggage. Finally, we found my luggage on 7th floor storage room. If they listened to me in the beginning to call whoever clean my room would know where my luggage about, we wouldn't have gone through so many trouble and worry me the entire time of looking for my luggage. No apology and refuse my request of talk to manager.
