El lugar es muy agradable, lo malo es que no tenia lavandería y toca ir 4 bloques a buscar y se acabo el papel higiénico y dos días tocó esperar a que pusieran. Tocó comprar uno ya que limpiaban el baño y no ponían otro rollo.

There's rats in their trash alley. You can hear them rummaging through the trash. It's common in NY though but they should get better traps and an exterminator.

I love this place. I was able to see the city in a weekend this place is cheap, clean and amazing. The location for that price is really nice is near a train station and the area is nice so i feel safe. I hope they keep the prices lol.

Hotel is very nice Location in great Price is great Rooms we stayed just needs a little updating and sound proofing We could hear everything from the hallway in our room clearly so I’m sure the hallway could hear from our room Other than that staff were superb Location 2 streets away from subway Bars, diners, atms, grocery store, Starbucks right around hotel Will definitely use again

This property was filty. Satined rugs in room and hallways We used aan infrared light to reveal urine stains throughout. Because the room and halls are so underline this was not observable when I first booked the room and inspected it before my daughter arrived. The room int he photo is entirely different from the dark, underlighted room i was assigned.

The room was spacious, with two queen beds, and accurately represented in the photo. While we have no complaints with the room itself, when we returned one evening, there was what appeared to be a cockroach crawling on the wall. The atmosphere on the floor we were (third) was also quite strange, with an unpleasant smell in the corridor.

Good value for the price

The hotel is at upper West near Central Park and arriving to the city center is very easy since a subway station is 200 meters from the hotel. The hotel crew was very kind. The hotel is very clean and organized. The problem for me was the small size of the room and the minimal clothes which left very little space in the room, specially when this is a common room. But at last - the hotel has good value to the price with great location.

Overall decent. The room was in good condition, and clean and put together. I would keep in mind this is a hostel-it has shared bathrooms, and not many frills. My room had two beds, a sink, a wardrobe with shelves for towels and a rack for clothes, and I think a desk. The separate wardrobe with towels right there was nice, and the sink right in the room too. If other rooms have this sink I don’t know. Overall a nice stay. I would let housekeeping know that the bathroom didn’t have a bath mat on the floor.

Central location, clean place, 6 minutes from a subway station, and 15 minutes from Central park. It was very noisy at night. The windows face Broadway and there is no good window panel but rather thin AC plastic cover. Bring ear plugs to sleep at night.

My experience was good as usual. When I first arrived the doorman greeted me and was pleasant. The front check-in staff was friendly and offered me certain free services and offered to show me to my room, however I told her that I had been there before. My stay was brief, (one night). The atmosphere of the hotel was comfortable. The elevator and the heat was working, that was nice. Check out was just as easy as check in. Overall easy assess to subway at 103rd street on the #1.
