"I can highly recommend this property as a convenient base for visiting Vancouver. Less than 10 mins walk to the Oakridge Skytrain which takes you straight to the waterfront (1 zone so inexpensive). Airport is 2 zones in the opposite direction and we easily managed to walk to the accommodation with our luggage. Queen Elizabeth Park is lovely and literally a minute walk. "8 steps down to go to this basement apartment which is difficult if you carry 50 lbs luggages. You also need to clean up your garbage and sort them into blue and green bin. Basement is cold. Otherwise, Everything else is per description. "

"We just stayed for one night to attend a concert at Roger’s Arena and it was a perfect location within close walking distance. Of course being in the heart of downtown Vancouver there is lots of restaurant options. The IGA grocery store is a couple blocks away so we took advantage of the kitchenette to make our own breakfast to save $. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Very clean and well maintained. We would stay here again!"
