  • White Fern is a beautiful rental located in New Waterford, OH. Tastefully decorated and sparkling clean, you'll find it the perfect spot for your next getaway or work trip. On the main floor there is a fully furnished kitchen, a cozy living room, a dining space with ample seating, a full bathroom, and a laundry/office room. There's also a master suite on the main floor with a king sized bed and a private, attached bathroom. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with two single beds in each room.     - We kindly ask that there are no fireworks, loud music, or rowdy behavior.

    - Absolutely no pets. If a pet is discovered, there will be a $250 upcharge.

Nice rural setting. Quiet with the exception of a little bit of road noise. Nothing that wasn’t overwhelming. Clean and well decorated.
