When everything is ready, eat inside at the dining area or indulge alfresco. The home is complete with a full home water conditioning system including reserve osmosis drinking water at the kitchen sink. With its roomy interior, homey atmosphere, and premium location, your group will never want to leave!
THINGS TO KNOW
Please take your shoes off upon indoor entry.
Additional cleaning fee and damage waiver apply if more than two dogs accompany you. No dogs on furniture and they must be confined if leaving the cabin. Please pick up waste and dispose of it properly in outdoor garbage.
Please start the dishwasher when leaving.
Please retract the awning when use is complete.
No smoking, including vaping.
No parties or events.
Hot tub rules: Cover to always to be on and secure when not in use. No splashing or overcrowding. Max 7 occupants. Please shower before entering.
Only registered guests are allowed. Must be 25 or older to book.
No exceptions to check-in or out times unless discussed with the booking agent in advance.
Streaming services are available, but guests must log in with their accounts.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
