The stunning new construction boasts 5 bedrooms, 6 beds, private yard, off-street parking, a large gathering space and wall mounted TVs in all bedrooms. There are 4 bedrooms fitted with king beds and one bedroom with 2 twin beds. There are a total of 3.5 baths and multiple porches & balconies for relaxation. There's ample space in the yard for kids to run around or to relax with friends. The entire home was designed thoughtfully for comfort and fashion. Don't hesitate, book your stay today!

This is a brand-new construction with large and upscale bedrooms. There are 4 bedrooms with King Beds, and one room with 2 twins. 4 of the 5 rooms have an attached en suite bath. 2 of the rooms upstairs ( Bedrooms 2 and 3) are both Jack and Jill style for one of the bathrooms. Everything is well stocked, and all private to you and your group. There is streaming services provided in all TVs and Wi-Fi throughout the property. This property is also extremely close to the Superdome!

The entire space will be yours. You have the front and back yards and porches, the parking area, the back yard and the entire home. No one will enter any of the spaces without your knowledge or request.

This home is brand new and was just completely furnished top to bottom. There should be zero issues anticipated with any reservations, but if anything is to arise, we are just a call or message away. This place was specifically designed to host VRBO guests. 4 of the bedrooms have access to a bathroom via en suite.

We are always available when needed. We plan to give you the space to enjoy your stay with us otherwise.

We absolutely LOVED this property. I was looking for a house that would accommodate a large group of girls for my daughter’s 21st birthday celebration. This property was more than we could have ever imagined and it checked all our boxes. My daughter and her friends loved it too! We had room to spread out, it was close to all the NOLA action, and the common areas were comfortable and perfect for hanging out. It really is a hidden gem. The property is modern, so clean, and the decor is beautiful. From the time I messaged Max about the location until the moment we left, he was incredibly professional and responsive. We had everything we needed and it was a very comfortable stay. Though the property is not in the Quarter, it’s in a quiet neighborhood and never more than a 5-6 minute Uber ride. This property truly was perfect for our stay and we had such a memorable trip. You will not be disappointed if you decide to stay here.
